Who Is Right? Should Palestine be its own soverign nation state? Why is the USA attempt to block this from happening? Is Israel using an apartheid system much like South Africa did where people are segregated into undesirable areas and become unable to access the basic necessities of life? Does Israel have a point that they have major security challenges against those trying to harm them? How can this be resolved or will it ever? Will there be a Palestine state? Yes, the sympathy has diminished as the situation has gone unresolved and has slipped into appartied-like situation as was in S. Africa. However, even that solution won't work when applied here.
The really interesting part is that the parties that joined Palestine in attacking the new state of Israel didn't even give Palestine back any of the territory that they claimed after the war. Some brothers!
If the churches really want to be totally moral, they need to find out what companies are participating as well in making the bombs for Palestine...otherwise they are still potentially taking sides. I am not going to comment on how a church is investing millions of dollars for profit in the market. That just sounds a bit off when I think of what a church should be doing with it donations and their tax-free status...

I'm not totally expert on the affairs of these two countries but the little I've seen has led me to believe that Israel has a way better slice of the cake than Palestine does. The conditions the Palestinian children live in is ridiculous.

Israel Hamas Defy Truce Calls On Gaza Bloodiest Day
The world implored Israel and Hamas to end hostilities Saturday, but the violence escalated with the toll in Israeli strikes rising to 157 and Gaza militants firing more rocket salvos. Both sides have dismissed calls for a truce, and Israel continued to build up troops along the Gaza border ahead of a possible ground invasion, warning Palestinians in northern Gaza to evacuate their homes. With the Palestinian death toll at 157, and with no Israelis killed, the UN Security Council unanimously urged Israel and Hamas to respect "international humanitarian laws" and stop the loss of life.
