It is not just the Jewish Settlement Building Problem which we have a dedicated Topic for because it is so bad, but it is also the 'teasing' behind it - the things we do not see or hear. I know a Jewish professor in Israel, she often refers to the Palestinians as "Dogs" And has a particular distaste for them. I have often tried to consider the positive but she would not hear it. Now this is an educated woman and yet she feels this way. Usually, we can say education will bridge the gap but this battle has been going on since organized religion's embryo and there will be no solution for it just as there is no solution for racism - people will always make judgements about another based on look / birth place without knowing them simply because it will be taught to them by their parents even if in secret.

True. Israel, while it on paper considers the Palestinian Territories, Palestinian, they won't let them totally control and govern the majority of these areas. This is for "Safety/security" As stated by the Israeli government. Yes Israel, you did win the war, so are the Palestinians still prisoners of war? No exactly, but the Palestinian Territories are about as close to concentration camps as you can get. They have forced and contained with walls the Palestinian population into them, they are governed mostly by Israel and Israel has continued to claim or just develop parts of the Palestinian Territories for their own use. If I had to live like that, I would be a bit jaded and looking for a way out.

The Palestinians on their part launch missiles every month this year (We only really hear about it when hundred are lobbed) targetting Israeli civilian populations. Now, while the Israelis have the Iron Dome that fortunately has knocked down the vast majority of these, we really don't hear about the Palestinian as being bad for targetting civilian populations only the Israelis as they are more succcessful with their strikes. The Islamic extremist don't seem to regard their own lives as much because blowing yourself up in a Pizza Parlor apparently is a noble endeavor. If I had to live in such fear of terror, I might be a bit jaded as well.

No one is innocent and no one is totally right and there is enough hatred on both sides to last forever.

But as most of the previous uprisings has gone, there will be a lopsided beatdown delivered by the Israelis. Why, if you are Palestinian, do this? Why kidnap and kill 3 Israeli teens knowing that the result would be this? It doesnt seem even logical to think there was going to be another outcome - yet. There just arent enough radical Islamist united to overthrow Israel. Are you trying to get a bunch of your guys that are in prison freed? Are you trying to make Israel spend too much in defence? Are you trying to get more money in donations...maybe they have decreased over the last few years? Are you trying to get some concessions on self-government? Are you trying to spark some support from your arab brothers to join you in fighting the Israelis?

Even if terrorists are targeting Israel its the Palestinians that are suffering the most. Why can't they just make Palestine a country and move on, didn't the UN agree to recognize Palestine if this happened?
