I was reading Paul saying this and many times I heard about 'Angel stories', I personally think there are Angeles mingling with the people here on Earth, we may know some of them and we don't even know they're angels. So I think we need to be extra-nice with people ';) who knows, your neighboor next door is an Angel

I can't say that I have actually felt like I was in the presence of an Angel -- except when my children were born, that "rush" of ... what is it? Pure love? ... It just flowed so strong from the top of my head to my toes, just like a strong wind or a wave from the ocean, a primal force.

But I haven't actually met another person that felt particularly "heavenly." Sweet, loving, caring people, yes. But I don't know if I'm all that sensitive to that sort of thing.

The Lord have blessed me with special revelations throughout the years. I have been a witness of great miracles performed by the hands of angels, I have been saved in many occasions because of them.

I think Angels is just a general term for a heavenly being. It could be a being premortal, post mortal spirit, translated being or even a resurrected being. I imagine they are very active working down here and could be anyone we encounter.
