Omar Khadr
Laywers for Canadian Omar Khadr, held at Guantanamo Bay and accused of terror-related offenses by the U.S. government, have won partial access to secret Canadian documents abouthis interrogation by intelligence and police officials from this country. Khadr, now 22 but 15 at the time of his arrest in Afghanistan, wanted access to the documents to help build his legal defence for an upcoming military tribunal at Guantanamo Bay.
