Accent Has Speaker
Oh, definetely. In the last General Conference as an example, there were several speakers who had strong accents and for what I read, it caused the audience to pay closer attention to their words since they could not fully understand everything said.
Speaker Has An Accent Studies Doctrine Mormon
Makes no difference to me how the member sounds as much as how I feel and what the spirit conveys about what is being said at the time.
