The nae is a give away, but I had to look it up. It's more than just dice since it has a board too, might be interesting playing.

But if its a board game then how can it be called a dice game and its definitely not a role-playing game so maybe this is supposed to be with the board games?

I've seen boxed games being called, "Role-playing games". Remember the original Dugenons & Dragons was a boxed set. True that it didn't have an actual board but that is what the hexed maps were for and the playing pieces wer miniatures. So technically Ra can be considered an RPG.
