Governor signs gay rights bills

The same-sex marriage firestorm erupted anew yesterday after Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill recognizing some out-of-state gay marriages in California and another proclaiming a day of recognition for slain gay rights leader Harvey Milk. Ref. Source 5
