Romanian Premier Emil Boc reacts during a confidence vote in Bucharest, Romania, Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009. The Romanian government fell on Tuesday in a confidence vote in Parliament, with lawmakers saying it has failed to improve the economy which went into a recession after three years of growth. Lawmakers voted by 254-176 to oust the centrist minority government of Emil Boc.
