Then why don't you ask you government how much they are spending on wars/military? Why don't they use that money for helping the poor or for medical care?

It looks like we have the same problem here in Romania. There are many people who barely manage to pay the bills, and their number has grown in the last years. Hopefully this new government will do a better job.

Well that was a lot of info t take in...thanks for that. One good way of trying to live below your means is to think recycle, welfare and thrift. My 3 favourite words....learnt this off my wife . . ., plus I come from a big family
