I was thinking of making a character for a solo campaign, and I'm wondering. Would I be allowed to make a character using all the information available in the SRD (basically, is it OK to use ALL the legally-public info), or am I restricted to only what is available in the source that everyone keeps quoting? Because that source doesn't have everything I want to use from the SRD.

Post Play Characters Create Dragons and Dungeons
You can make a character for solo play using only the information that is in the 3.5 edition of the players handbook and players handbook2. IF you want to play something different let me know what your wanting and I will see if I will allow it after looking at the stats.

I was looking at the elemental racial variants from... I don't know what they're from, but they were in the SRD I was looking at. Particularly the water racial variant for orcs.

Rickryon41 your character can not be approved as listed. Please change you Dexterity bonus to +3 and not +7 and then change your skills to reflect that. Once that is done your character will be approved. Plus you may want to buy some food or a water skin.

Nei buys and equips the following items while we are in town:
1 wand of cure light wounds (1k)
5 potions of healing (0.5K)
1 gauntlets of ogre power (4K)
1 heavy crossbow +1 (2.35K)
1 suit of full plate +1
He will then turn the remainder of his cash into gems and jewelery,
to make for easier carrying. Except for about 100gp which he will
keep handy.
