Hi, just a quick question before I start off down the wrong path, are we to stick to the core classes for character creation? I'd been toying with the idea of creating a Warlock, but I'll happily roll up something else if need be.
Actually this site had enough info about Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 that helped point me in the right direction. What I was asking is if to use the 120 gold that the generator said I could use for equipment.
Out of Character: Hi Lairdham, he will answer soon, he comes about once a day.
Yes you can make a warlock if that is what you are wishing to have. Just make sure you stick by the book when creating your character.
Txtrpg you can roll 5d4 and multiply that by 10 for starting gold. That is my standard for starting money for all characters.
How does this look?

Check your starting Skills. As a fighter you get 2 plus your intelligence bonus x4 so in your case 12. Skill points. You may have added some of your skill points in correctly. You can assign up to 3 more ranks than your current level so at first level 4 ranks. Then add the bonus you get from your ability scores to the corresponding skill. Example four ranks in jump with a +3 from a 16 strength will give you a score of 7 on the jump skill.
Thanks for the pointer so will this work:
Climb 3 +1 = 4
Jump 3 +3 = 6
Swim 3 +3 = 6
Ride 3 (?)
I don't know, is there a bonus for the riding skill?

Txtrpg the ride uses your dexterity modifier.
Lairdham. The character looks good I will double check the stats here soon with the books. Do not worry too much about editing your character. As this is the rough draft so to speak.
You both will need to roll for age, height, weight, hair color and eye color. Most of this can be found in a 3.5 players handbook.
