I increased strength, included Diplomacy in my skills (+1 from Half-elf) and manually increased Knowledge Nature and Survival from the Druid's Nature Sense ability.
I found the Cat statistics and took the liberty of increasing it from 1/2 hit dice to 1, so it's easier to keep track of as it gets stronger. Is this okay or is its first hit die maximised like a PC?
I found 2 sources where its Hide and Move Silently skills were increased by 2 for having the Stealthy feat. The original SRD has them at 14 and 6, I have them at 16 and 8.
And finally, I found the Stalk trick in an archived Random Encounters article from 11/25/2003, titled Wild Life. It lets me command Mister Fluffles to be sneaky like a cat should be. I might take the Ambush trick later, when the cat becomes combat effective.
Where does Avan start? In the forests, on the road or in town?

Can I put like a standing order of spells that I automatically do each day unless I specifically change at some point during game play? Or do I have to declare each time which spells she prepares?
