After studying your god Faerydae he is a god of death but while he is a god of death he does not want people to suffer. His symbol is a shield with a white dove. While he does not go looking for death he does want his clerics to assist those who are dying to do so peacefully. He would not want one to suffer. Thus it is my feeling that he would not want his clerics to carry a sword or edged weapon longer than a dagger. A bow that deals a swift death to one who is suffering can be acceptable as long as you are finishing off a creature or humanoid and not trying to cause harm. In this you need to be careful on your action. using a mace or a morning star for personal defense is good. You main focus is to assist people in death unless they can be saved then you will focus on saving them. Make sense?
When I read up on him I read he was favoring healing and do remember something about weapons hence I took the position I did of just being around to heal. To not anger him I would not want to use any weapons unless it is defensive and a bow attack usually doesn't instantly kill. Maybe I should focus on spells.
Even a cleric that focuses on spells and stays out of the fighting can be seen as a non combatant on all sides depending on how he/she treats all in the combat. You can still use the bow but I think sparingly. I will let you figure it all out. The main basis is to be true to your god. He will look more favorably to you if you are.
Out of Character: Check your character sheet.
Your stats at bottom of the page make no sense. Still shows you being a level 1 fighter. Plus have you looked to see if you gained any more feats?
Using a bow sparingly means not shooting it much. Maybe to put someone out of their misery if mortally wounded.
I added to existing feats and took hit points instead which is an option. I removed the "Level 1" from the stats section but I had level 3 in the right place on the character sheet.
Character in progress, rolling for initial stats
Placeholder details. Elan Psion, likely of the Telepath or Shaper disciplines.
All righty then, I understand the need for the anticheating measures, but just as a suggestion? Whoever wrote the script might consider including an option to end both the time delay to see the result and the ability to edit one's post. It would help with awkward delays, especially since I'm uncertain the syntax used for that dice roll was correct.
