I think linking the website is against regulations, but copy and pasting this kind of content would be fine.
I do hope that you're able to put it in your own words at some point, this guy should be your creation. But for now, just getting a baseline going is okay.
While we are at it, do you know anything about how this kind of game works? If the answer is no, that's fine, just need to know how basic I need to get when teaching this stuff.

Ok, Well, I guess I'll spend the next 10+ minutes writing it in my own words, It would help if you could ask me a few questions about my character.
I will still need tow d 100 rolls a d20 roll and a d12 roll while you are at it roll 5d4s for me too Use the scores to set up the base abilities of your character. You can still be a barbarian if that is the route you wish to go. Just let me know what race you wish to be and what class. I will tell you if I will allow it or not.
OverSeer (The Symbol Of Peace)
OverSeer is 14 years of age and stands at 5'3, he has Black curly hair, brown eyes and no beard or mustache. He is well-built from his hardship in acquiring his quirk, but is humble about his superpowers. He is a very kind hearted person, although growing up and being neglected by his family. OverSeer has always wanted to be The #1 Hero and knows that he will achieve this goal by being true to himself and his actions. OverSeer takes from his mentor, All Might, who gave him his quirk 'One For All' and helps him from time to time in whatever issues he may have. OverSeer possesses all the abilities of 'One For All' including the ability to transfer it to a person of his choosing anytime he wishes.
That looks like it was generated by a website intended for a superhero game. Mutants and Masterminds maybe? Dungeons & Dragons is a high fantasy setting, you could say that superheros and powers exist in some respects, but they're not usually referred to as such.
I'm a believer in form follows function. Things like how your guy looks and his personal history can wait for the moment, though I would be thinking about them.
The first things that matter:
-What does your character do? What is he good at doing, and what does he try to be good at doing?
For instance, I would briefly describe Bastion as a master of tactical combat, combining strength with superior positioning and planning to bring down foes. He also has an interest in other subjects, such as crafting and history.
-What is your character? I don't mean race, though that can be a factor as well. I mean the core of his approach to life. Does he achieve his goals with guile? Perhaps methodical forethought? Or does he throw planning out the window and just bash at his problems?
Above all else, I want you to think about the kind of guy you think would be fun for you to play.

Ok ok, I'll tone it down.. But can I keep a simpler Idea of my story, where It's less superpower oriented and more roleplay oriented so it fits in with the rest of your roleplaying group or do I have to scrap the idea in all? (I'm ok with scrapping the idea).
I have no problems if you tone it down some All I am saying is it has to fit into a fantasy realm not a super hero fantasy realm. Sword and magic are prevalent. You can still be a team player for the all for one or one for all mentality.
