Yes one d6 and two d8s The d6 is for your weight the d8s are for your height as a male elf.

Here Are the rolls for height and weight. Is there any way to change this If I do not like the rolls or am I stuck with them?

OverSeer TheWorthyOne Results:
  • Weight on D6 (+0): 2 (1 roll)
  • Height on D8 (+0): 4, 2 (2 rolls)

You will be stuck with them unless something else happens. There is a reason why I random roll these scores. You get a much more unique character and that can make some interesting game play. I have a a character that started out as close to 270 lbs and 6' 4" Dark elf. Now he has been a fun character to play. Just because the rolls may not go the way you like does not mean the character can not do great things.

It sounds like a necromancer specialist wizard is the kind of mage you're hoping for.

Warning: Among the basic classes, Wizards are probably the most complicated. I can help, but it may not be the best idea for a player entirely new to the game.

Sorcerer would be the somewhat safer option. They're easier to set up and play, and they have a little more health to boot.

The main difference is, while wizards are intelligence based and learn spells from books and the like, sorcerers are charisma based and draw power based on instinct and the power of their bloodline. Both can be good necromancers.

Ok, Thanks for the encouragement, I hope I get the rolls I want still though (Laugh) It will make adjusting my character to my play style ever so better. Thank you for all the help, I appreciate it.

I have a question: Am I allowed to have a hidden power? It can help me fit in as a level 1 by giving me better AC and more damage on my spells and when I reach the group's level then I can lose touch with that side of me so that I'm not overpowered.

There are ways to get other powers or liabilities through the activation of gems. While most can be good for you they can also be bad for you. As a first level character you will have to just be careful with your decisions so that you survive to make it to the upper levels. Granted the higher you get the more powerful you will become. I will not say that you will survive but I will say that it will be a poor decision that you make if you character dies.

So no, (Laugh) Ok, well Is that all for the character creation process or Is there something else I should be doing to prepare myself for the rp?

Plenty more to do. Let us keep the next choice simple, sorcerer or wizard? Sorcerer is safer and easier. Wizard is closer to the working concept you have, but will be tough to get the hang of.
