Bastion with a roll of 11 that would be 5 rolled down. That gives you enough to speak and walk about as the rest of the party decides what they are going to do. Krusten, Zork, and Ildrahil need to figure out if you are going to attack each other or not *smile*.

Abrecht I do not think that Avan had share spell with Mr. Fluffles thus he would need to be healed separately. IF that is wrong Avan let me know.

We wait for ildrahil to decide on what he does next. Krusten does see him lower his dagger somewhat.

Ildrahil puts his dagger away and turns to head back down the corridor where he left the mage. He did not take another step towards Krusten and him putting his dagger away would make him defenseless to Krusten. Zork steps forward towards Ildrahil asking him to stop.

Albrecht can only discern it was some type of teleportation disk that he stepped on. It appears to be a one use only as the small disk he found is broken. If he goes to the other side of the room he will find another one in among carved rocks that have been made to look like chests.

Avan and Bastion join Albrecht in the main room as they make their way towards the other corridor that Krusten when down.

As Avan, Albrecht and Basion head towards the corridor that Zork and Krusten went down. Ildrahil leads the two of them to where he and the mage fought. Krusten and Zork will find the mage dead with his legs and arms bound. Around the area you will see many crates, boxes and barrels of goods that have been taken from passing caravans. You will also see at one end a stack of broken boards and other wood that makes it look like it used to be parts of wagons. The stack of metal rings, yokes and other similar metal wagon parts confirms this.

Faerydae waits patiently outside with the horses. Everything is peaceful out by the pool.

As you search the cave and the area you will find two keys on the mage. You also find a small disk. Albrecht will see that it is unbroken teleportation disk that the mage was using.

The only treasure you find is in the mages bed chamber with locked chests that the keys open and the wardrobes. When you open the chests and the wardrobes you will find the following:
5,000 PP, 6,400 GP,4,500 SP 11,000 CP, A bag of gems of various sizes and colors 14 total, A suit of leather armor, two suits of finely crafted eleven chain mail, 16 vials of potions, two wands, a rod, four repair kits, three master repair kits, and a lot of supplies that was taken off many wagons the mage and his crew stole. You can estimate it to be worth several thousand of gold.

Yes no weapons are found in the loot. Everyone will be able to find enough supplies in the crates to restock their provisions. Ildrahil will find his stuff and weapons in among the goods. There are some weapons to be found in among the goods but at best is just master worked weapons nothing magical.

When casting detect magic all of the items minus the coins, gems, and repair kits glow this includes the wardrobes and the chests.

As you look through the cave system you will find the larger opening at the far end that is big enough for a wagon or two to be brought in. As you look around thinking of maybe repairing a wagon you do not see any wagon wheels or wagon axels. There is plenty of wood but most is broken up as to be used for firewood inside the main cave area.

Krusten is able to go get Faerydae and let her know all is ok in the cave. It will take a full day to walk around to the northeast, to east, crossing the river before it gets to the waterfall over the cave entrance, then back to the southwest and then west to get to the big cave entrance if you are bringing the horses in. Or you can try to bring them in over the narrow pathway behind the falls.

With the horses inside the cave you all settle for the night as you make plans for the next days activity. The main party may be able to tell Bastion about the barricade on the main road that may have the long branches useable for his idea.
