Lukas fidgeted uncomfortably in his saddle as he waited for the scouts to return. As steady as the mule was as a mount, he was more used to traveling by foot. It seemed it was time to see the mettle of his new companions for himself. He'd tried the adventuring thing once before, years ago, it hadn't ended well. Impatient youths with more bravado than brains, there had been only one other survivor of their first real encounter.
He tried to keep an eye on the prisoner as much as his surroundings, if it had lied earlier, and was going to attempt something, soon would come the best chance thus far.
Note: For now, prepping an action to light up the first clear threat that enters ERay range (Cold damage selected).
Zork sits tight and whispers, "I hope they aren't spotted because we wouldn't know where to find them with all this natural cover.
Avan tries to communicate with Aliana silently. He holds an empty hand up, then with his fingers mimes the enemy walking away and us sneaking behind.
He waits until this tree is felled and the woodsman begins his return journey before attempting to silently tail them.
Aliana hears the sound of the axe nearby and freezes. She subconsciously holds her breath willing herself to make no noise at all. Glancing at Avan she sees him start gesturing towards her silently. Nodding her head in understanding she waits motionlessly. Seeing Avan and Fluffles begin moving she moves cautiously behind the woodsman as well.
The word of Avan start to put doubt in Faerydae's mind but she continues hoping that her prayers will be her guide. Again, if she sees the enemy she will use command to call them over.
Out of Character: Faerydae will have to leave the others behind and you will be out of sight from the others before you will be close enough to cast Command. You will see a few figures in the fog ahead of you but you can not make them out very well. If you can see them they can see you.
"The danger level is too high and I might give everyone away… " thinks Faerydae so she whispers. "I will not go passed you, we will have to make this about learning where everyone is rather than trying to capture one of them.
Zork stays alert hoping his friends return soon with a good layout of what's ahead. This fog makes him edgy.
