Zork is patient and he does not intend to make any rash moves based on simple movement or sound.
Krusten maintains her position saying only, "There is something strange happening here I just wish I could know exactly what to make of all of it."
Staying in her lonely position Faerydae is unafraid because she works under the grace of her deity that protects and guides. She keeps watch and listens.
With the glimpse as the fog parts, Avan tries to infer the number of opponents ans their lines of sight. It would be ideal if the enemy loses track of us once we are presses up against the obstacle.
If so and if they are close enough for Obscuring Mist to cover the rest of the way, Avan casts it from behind the cover of a tree. In this case he wants to get right up to the barricade into a spot they can't see.
If it will make too much noise and alert the enemy or if we're simply too far, Avan will continue to sneak along the side of the road moving from shrub to grass to tree trunk. Ideally he wants to get within 100 feet - the range for Flaming Sphere. But if he can get close enough to pop Obscuring Mist to protect his allies from missile fire that would be better.

Aliana notices the barricade is unmanned. " They must have retreated Avan. Otherwise they wouldn't have left this unguarded. " She laughs softly. " Cowardly creatures. How disappointing. I weas looking forward to you burning it down." Aliana looks back towards the group and sees Faerydae. She beckons forward with her hand. She advances quickly up to the barricade and takes up position behind it. Aliana will peer over it cautiously and observe the area.
Given the tense circumstances, upon hearing noises in an unexpected direction, Lukas will lob Rudy off to the north and direct the psicrystal to investigate as best it can, preferably via the canopy if the trees allow.
If the rest of the party are still focused on the south, Lukas will shift his attention north until he's certain there isn't a problem from that direction.
[Note]: readying augmented Eray (Fire damage this time) to strike a clear threat that gets in range.
Now that the fog has moved away Krusten sends her birdie in the air with the words "Go find them… " while looking to see if any arrows go up in the air or where she circles.
Faerydae, now alone, thinks it is best to join the others and let them know what she sees. She rides fast to their location.
