Born Free says... Out of Character: Krusten is still cooking.
In Character: Krusten tries to recover from the surprise attack. She immediately takes out two potions and downs them quickly in case she needs to react.
She peers around the corner to see if there is anything coming while getting her bow ready.

Dark Druid says... Out of Character: Well then I get 1 or 2 saves before reaching -11? Or just assume Faerdae instantly gets there to stabilise me? I rolled below anyway - I don't worry too much if I do die.
Krusten lack of concern is truly chaotic, but justified.

Dark Druid says... Mr Fluffles is not just a dumb cat. He has seen what Avan does when others are injured and begins digging in his pack. He retrieves the scroll of 3 Cure Moderate Wounds, grabs it in his mouth and brings it to Faerydae. If she is using her own resources, the cat takes it to Albrecht instead.
Out of Character: To cast from a scroll, you have to decipher the writing (Read Magic spell or Spellcraft skill) though you would know this is Cure Moderate as Avan used one of four. Then, as the spell is on the Cleric spell list, but is of a higher level than you can cast, you must try a Caster Level check (1d20 + your level) and get higher than a 1. The spell itself will do 2d8+3 healing.

Born Free says...Krusten checks to see if it looks safe. If it does she will move the bodies back to safety calling on anyone else there (Faerydae) to help.
