Albrecht is surprised by the sudden attack at the top of the hill. He is glad that he and Avan were hidden up the road a bit and weren't targeted. He comes charging out of the forest on the back of Krama. He sees Bastion fire an arrow and come charging up on his horse as well. Albrecht pursues the group that attacked them, summoning a hypogriff while Krama runs forward. As he closes distance with them, he will cast impeding stone in front of them on the road to block their retreat.
Out of Character: Dropping Blinding Spittle to cast Summon Nature's Ally 2. The 1st concentration check is to cast SNA 2 while Krama gallops (DC 17). The second is when they close and Albrecht is within 100' of the front of their retreat to cast it at the range of 140' (Just infront of them), also DC17. Krama will then finish closing distance and attack with a charge. I am rolling all of this, as I don't know how long it will take to close. Krama has the run feat so she can run 200 feet a round (5x 40'). On the last round when she is charging, it will be 80' (Double move action). She will attack the first horse she reaches (Not rearing up, just clawing with her front paw while on all fours). Albrecht will attack the rider with the same charge, using his quarterstaff wielded in both hands (1.5x Strength DMG).
Albrecht charges up the hill on Krama's back, both of them alert for any trickery by the group that just ambushed them.
Avan runs to his horse, tries to mount quickly, and begins chasing the enemies, while summoning a pack of wolves. When he crests the hill and sees the enemies, he will cast Entangle to try to stop them in their tracks, targeting as many as can fit in the 40' radius as long as the spell caster is included in the area.
Fluffles doesn't prioritise - he's not smart enough to know there's a wizard among them. He lashes out at the closest target, if it's a horse, that's even easier.
The wolves (Or wolf if just 1) run after the horses, but struggle to catch up unless the horses are slowed or weighed down. If they manage to bite, they will certainly take the opportunity to trip.
Out of Character: First reflex to react, second for cresting the hill.
I rolled initiative for myself, and for ease of play can I just assume Fluffles goes on my turn? He has 1 better to his roll normally.
Concentration is for casting while mount is running, first DC 17, then DC 16.
Number summoned is the number of wolves that appear, should be a d3, but only the d6 is available.
Fluffles can pounce to full attack. Unfortunately the opponents are too big to be grabbed. Again the claws are d3 rolled as a d6, and with an additional +1 not included. If they keep running, use the second bite as an opportunity attack and ignore the claws.
And finally, Avan's spot was asked for when at the peak of the hill.
No rolls for the wolves as their existence as chance to attack is too variable. Please roll for me if needed.
Knowing precise distances to enemies would help me choose actions and spells.
Furious about the hit on her birdie, Krusten doesn't care if the rest of the group is moving forward or not as she charges towards the culprits with her bow ready for anyone she spots. She curses loudly as she goes while urging her horse to go faster.
Krusten, annoyed that they were able to make their escape so quickly, takes her +4 long sword and starts slashing the ropes until they no longer a barrier. She then sees if she can still catch up, if she can't she will wait on the rest of her party. She looks for her birdie.
