Leader Party Post Play Dragons and Dungeons

Bastion presses the attack, this woman is tough, they've already lost too much time securing the tower. Bring her down, now.

Dropping his shield, Bastion grips the battleaxe in both hands and brings it down overhead.

Out of Character: dropping shield as a move action to take advantage of two handed damage bonuses, especially in regards to power attack feat. AC now down to 18
Round 5 - taking a -2 penalty to hit via power attack. Compensating for it with Steely Strike (Enemies other than her will get a +4 to melee strike Bastion during this, but I don't think anyone is in a position to.)
Round 6 - If she's still somehow up, doing the same with a Crusader's Strike, healing Albrecht if still none else on the tower are injured at that point.

Out of Character: It looks like the eagle would have missed with the first two attacks anyway. I was aiming to place the eagle as high up against the tower as possible (35 feet), then it would go for the closest target

In Character: Avan orders the bear and cat forward to engage the large group, himself walking forward at a steady pace while shooting arrows. He tires to stick to more shadowy areas if possible, so the enemies have a miss chance.

His plan is to keep walking and shooting until within 35 feet (For Summon Swarm, later). He also tries to have a close look if there's any vegetation in the courtyard for Entangle to work and if the fighters have any special weapons that could dissipate a swarm (I.e. Fire/acid flasks).

Out of Character: Fluffles has pounce, so does a full attack on a charge with a +2 bonus (And -2 AC = 13). Avan orders him to focus attacks on 1 individual (Preferably one that isn't affected by impeding stones). Note the claw damage is d3+1.

The eagle only lasts a total of 4 rounds.

I'm thinking of picking a spider swarm because it's the best choice, but I know it'll be annoying to track both distraction and strength damage. Would you be fine with it?

Game is updated and the latest map is uploaded to so you can see where everyone is at. There is a new group coming out slowly and staying away from the main fight as they survey the battle.

"We need to relocate and regroup while we still can. The others apparently cannot come to us, so we must go to them. Albrecht, Deanna, head towards the western side of the tower. Krusten is fighting down on the wall there. I'll help you get down as soon as this one is no longer a problem."

Keeping previous action for round 6, healing himself with the crusader's strike. In the event he kills his opponent, using a free and a move action to reequip his dropped shield afterwards.
