Avan planned to spend the day resting, but with the cleric's help he's mostly recovered. He instead prays to the spirits of nature, visiting the burnt area and communing some more. He prepares:
5 Cure Minor Wounds,
1 Cure Lesser Wounds, 2 Goodberry, 2 Inflict Lesser Wounds,
3 Lesser Restoration, 1 Remedy Moderate Wounds, 1 Delay Poison,
1 Neutralize Poision, 1 Poison, 1 Plague Carrier.
He offers Bastion three castings of Lesser Restoration (Assuming the first two or three don't do it). Then he goes to pick berries, if any can be found, and he uses Goodberry to offer them to the townsfolk if they are running short on supplies and a few for the prisoners.
Avan feels like he has to go at convince the captives himself, using various dubious methods. He starts off assuming the form of a larger (Small-sized) black housecat and enters the makeshift cell, observing the captives for the 6 hours of wild shape. He lies down, walks between them, on top of them, and behaves like a cat hoping they reveal something while nobody's around.
Rivoril, advises that he would like to try and finnish the job he started, while there is daylight.
That is constructing, with help from townsfolk, with digging.
A simple camouflaged spiked pit in a strategic area.
Assuming, that between the Cleric and Avan's restoration, of Bastion has been successful here.
I'm assuming, that like clockwork, there's a distinct possibilty, of another round of bandits, in the day. Followed by another round of undesd in evenning.
So danger, then is not completely dealt with?
Specific Action: As like before, will request assistance from youth, and townsfolk, with some digging. Explaining the need to have good deffences. Then, will set about task for constructing a CR 1 camouflaged arrow spiked pit, 10 feet deep. Automatic trigger, arrow damage damage:1d8+1/3
Attack:+15
DC check:20.
Bastion helps out wherever he can, including standing over the prisoners and growling if need be.
He hopes the foe doesn't have too many more of those shadow things. The standard undead are one thing, they can be cut down even by the farmers if they could muster the courage.
Out of Character: Bastion is back up to 18 Strength out of 22. So not all the way there, but a heck of a lot better than before.
Rivoril, reports back to Bastion, and Avan that he was able to finnally complete a camouflaged spiked pit trap. With the help, of some of the villager's.
"I fear sooner or later, we will need to pay a visit to the undead leader. Call her a witch, or vampiress, or whatever, eventually, she will need to be stopped," he says.
"However, for the time being where would you like us to hold up, for the bandits? In the temple, or back in the Inn like before," he continues.
"I'm not sure, if we can do anything differently with the shadow things, as long as the Cleric, can make our bows magically endowed, plus provide extra holy water,"? He adds.
"Great work! If any are left, the bandits will suspect something this time," Avan says. "They may come in for a more violent guerrilla raid. I suggest a more forward ambush area. Standing behind the first few houses on the east side and hiding in the fields to the east. I will go interrogate the prisoners now and see if they reveal how many there are in total."
With that Avan heads over to the cellar and presents a wide, sarcastic smile as he unbinds one of the bandits off the wall, rebinds his hands with rope, and leads him to a private room upstairs. Other party members are welcome to be present.
"You look quite relaxed and content here in town. Rare to see a prisoner like that. Are you enjoying the meals brought to you? Or are the conditions just so much better than your ramshackle camp? Tell me about what was wrong over there."
He tries the diplomatic approach with each bandit separately in turn. He offers them each redemption and freedom through giving us valuable information, attacking his former allies with the party, and performing restitution. If it fails, he turns to threats.
"You know that we are more than capable of making your life hell. Feeding you is expensive and optional so you can starve over the course of a month. (To the allergic one: I can bring a cat into the room and watch you choke while being unable to do anything about it.) We still have to brand you an outlaw, yes, with a cattle brand. I can cause you pain enough to bring you to death's door and bring you back as often as I want, IF I even want to bring you back. If your companions cave first, well, you become useless to me. So just fess up, tell me everything and spare yourself the discomfort."
If either approach works, he follows up with, "How many bandits were there? Who's the leader and what equipment does he have? How closely do you work with the undead? How many and what kind? What do you know about the pale, red-cloaked woman?"
If intimidation doesn't work, he still has spells he wants to try, but with all the bandits to witness as a group.

Rivoril, has discovered that there is movement coming from the ruins. With the possibility, of another bandit attack eminent.
He goes and informs the Barkeep, of the Inn of that bandits are coming.
"We need to now get all of your women, out of their houses, off of the streets and into the wine cellars," Rivoril bellows the order.
"We need all able bodied men, to take up arms, find cover from the buildings, and ready their bows," He adds.
Rivoril, finds cover from a nearby building that is facing the ruins. He readies his bow, awaiting any developments, or suggestions from the others. Eyes peeled, for approaching bandits. He positions himself, so he can see the trap in front of him.
He organised himself, with a pot of oil, and rags to tie to ends of arrows.
Out of Character: Have included 2 rounds for this including alerting the townsfolk. KN, can you tell me what direction is the ruins? Is the General goods or the Inn closer?

Upon hearing from Rivoril state there are more bandits coming, Arilynia will once again get on top of the house she was on before and wait for the bandits. She had left the oil soaked ragged arrows up there. She will also relight her small candle and have it ready to the light up the arrows to shot at the bandits.
