Avan switches back to his bow now that the goblin is out of sight.
"I'm pretty sure there's nothing in the immediate vicinity, but I can't see magic. By which I mean I didn't ask nature for that ability today."
"Perhaps someone else can check for magic," he looks at Faerydae and Arkanoth.
If there's any magical writing he attempts to decipher it.
In Character: Zork says with some suspicion, "It could be that there was someone with magic behind the goblins that we did not see. We know what we are up against if we continue, ready?"
Zorks searches the goblin that was killed and then continues ahead at the lead.
In Character: Weary of all ahead, Krusten follows Zork with her bow still read to fire at any goblin - magical or not.
In Character "To be frank, I'm not even sure what's the first step in checking for magic, but I might have seen or read about the spell they the goblins had on them, I can't remember where though." Arkanoth will follow behind Zork whenever the group moves forward
Out of Character Maybe a knowledge check is the wrong skill to roll in this situation, but I'm not sure what a detect magic disadvantage would be since I don't have the proper skill.
In Character: Faerydae looks over at Arkanoth. She hears what he says and wonders about the spell. She follows while looking behind to make sure there isn't an ambush.
Out of Character: I'm surprised nobody prepared Detect Magic. Maybe the next day.
In Character: After Zork searches the body, Avan grabs whatever is left to carry. He continues onward with the group.
In Character: Zork stands aside again and looks over to Krusten to see if she can send some arrows to test if there is a magic shield involved.
In Character: Krusten will shoot some arrows towards the goblins hoping they aren't stopped like last time. If they are she will step aside to let someone else have a go. If not she will keep shooting.
