Beast is happy to eat some deer meat. There are few things in day to day living tht makes him happy and this is one of them.
SA: Get ready to continue to the farmer's place.
Namdar sighs, agreeing, as they had made it the large part of the way with no problems, which was where he believed they were most likely to run into orcs anyway.
"Alright," the half-orc said, waving his arm overhead toward the trail. "Don't act like a troupe of minstrels, but let's just get to the farmstead and pay the Duke's brother another cordial visit. Move out."
Al-Sattar wished he could curse Lionel's laziness and period of ease at the Duke's, but the truth was, the young Prince was treading on dangerous ground, even with other party members backing him up - the party leader hoped the rest of their number were okay back with the Duke and the advisor.
* Krusten grins while shaking her head. All this moving in and out of the woods in the rain was in vain. She notices the silence of the other Elf, she knew her suspicions were correct, another one of those who wanted to join them but had no loyalty. Her mind then wonders to her past time with her own... The Elves and their way of life... It is so different than these. She looks at the rest in the party wondering what the future holds. She says nothing. *
While chewing on a piece of deer jerky Beast decides that eating it in the rain or when its dry doesn't matter because its like comfort food for him and he doesn't have to think about much else as he walks.
ooc: Next time one of you guys decide to go off on a wild goose chase like what Lionel did you'll be going without my character.
This is certainly taking some time. I think we can commemorate the last few days as the 'Journey to nowhere and back'. Maybe there can be something sensible to do and achieve by the time we get back to the farm. Someone I think had a hyptnotize spell? Maybe they can use it on that farmer to get the truth out of him.
ooc: Yeah tell me about it. It will probably take another two days before we actually reach the farm and have something to actually do.
