Avan heads towards the southeast door and tries to pick its lock.

Out of character: Kind of bummed, the natural 20 didn't help.
"Avan, friend, I think one house at a time would be wise, let's assist Oliron first." He said to the ranger as he's attempts to lockpick the door. Aegisthus goes right behind Oliron. Aegisthus lights up his torch to light up the darkness of the ruins.

Out of Character:: I don't imagine Oliron doing much of anything other than looking for some inhabitant.
Spot check = natural 1, wow yeah Oliron is basically just standing around looking at the room, trying not to trip on anything and kill himself.
