"You know, Zork," Avan says loud enough for all to hear, "The man is right. That threat is unjustified."
"I am Avan and we are searching for missing children.
"You will not be the only one asking questions though; we outnumber you. I propse a fair trade. Tell us your name and purpose."
The man lowered his weapon and began to walk towards them. "I'm Arthos, we mustn't dwaddle this boy will surly die if we can not get him to safety. His limbs are severed, he has lost a lot of blood. We can discuss formalities later, after the boy is safe and I am free of this terrible place!"
Out of Character: I saw what Avan did in the leader's thread, does a cure major wounds spell restore limbs or is there a specific spell for that? We need to get the poor boys limbs back.
Also an idea, if the limbs are still fresh will using a spell attach them back?
Out of Character: I think a Regeneration might be necessary, which is way beyond our means.
Avan doesn't feel responsible for it, does Krusten? Anyone else? Guilt can make for a good story arc.
In Character: Krusten calls whomever can from the room to aide her as she takes on the goblins in the hallway. To Faerydae she says, "Drag the bodies near the door and see if any have a key."
Out of Character: Don't worry, we will be there soon to help you out. First, we need to walk a bit and get the legs of Arthos and Avan moving. Hopefully their horse and cat will get a move on too.
Out of Character: We need to find that secret passage where these goblins are emerging from in the cave. After we slay this first set and still don't get a key then its time to try elsewhere.
