"In my experience, tribes of orcs seem to dot every landscape. They are inescapable ravagers of both nature and civilization. This lot could have been from anywhere and wherever we travel, we will surely see more."
Avan helps carry by grabbing a few things then helping load the rest.
Zork observes Albrecht gathering things and mentions, "They can go in the wagon… " but Zork make no offer to help. As a rich man Zork felt the pride of his riches set in - it would be too much to dismount to pick up trivial things from the orcs.
Out of Character: I will make a note of the items collected for the wagon unless our local statistician and bookkeeper Icon wishes to do it? .
Albrecht thanks Avan for his assistance, noting the bitter tone to his comment about the Orcs. While Albrecht didn't have any love for the brutes, he didn't hold their natures against them, knowing they couldn't help it any more than he could help his short stature. After finishing loading the wagon, Albrecht remounts Champ and prepares to head out again.
Noticing Krusten examining the wagon he says, "We do not have anything to make the enhancement you need but I can see the good in you being up front as it takes away the driver as being the target as well as you can take the horses if he is killed.Did he show you how to do it in case?"
Out of Character: Feel free to add anything you will like in order to prepare for the storm. I only gave instructions to my driver.
In Character: "We should find a place near the trees for cover and above flat ground to avoid flooding. We need to secure the horses well or they can be in for a fright."
Out of Character: I didn't get rope either I was too taken away with the dancing boots inncident. We need to remember this for next time if we survive.
In Character Arkanoth digs into his pouch for a moment before pulling out approximately 50 feet of rope and tossing it towards the front of the wagon "I have a feeling we might need this soon."
Out of Character I always make sure to carry rope, it's the same bundle that we used to lash the horse to the chains back in the cave.
