Out of Character: I was hoping to get a giant but it sounded like there was more than one plus an attack on the mountain as opposed to in a cave makes us open targets.There are few of us in this so we cannot afford anyone down so early. We can go back to the fort or the bugbears. I personally will go to the bugbears now that we know what the roads lead to.

Thread Party Post Play Dragons and Dungeons

Out of Character:: Greetings, introducing a new character here. Lukas the Shaper. He appears to be a fairly unremarkable lithe human male, with long hair and a clean shaven face. Clothing and gear is unadorned and visibly worn, but also well maintained.

Lukas is frustratingly bad at social interaction. While friendly enough to others in general, he is awkward and withdrawn to the point that some may suspect him to be a little touched. However, on the few occasions he can get his point across, his comments are generally quite insightful, including knowledge of many subjects.

In times of strife, he can wield a few basic weapons, but his real weapon is his mind, particularly in regards to the semisolid creatures he can create with it.

He is largely driven by curiosity and wanderlust. The chance for new experiences and knowledge somewhere over the horizon call to him. He has been known to dedicate himself to a particular cause from time to time, and generally prefers to aid more than harm, but is often indifferent to what he considers the more petty struggles of life. (True neutral alignment)

Lukas carries around a disc of polished blue crystal he refers to as Rudy and may mention conversations with and information gleaned from said crystal. Given that Rudy shows no sign of life nearly all the time, this behavior is often perplexing or even worrisome to others.

Now, a bit of meta-gaming just to speed things up. We are very far north of where you are. We are going to inquire about Bugbears, probably you can find out about the location somehow and meet us there.

Out Of Charater: Welcome. Just so you know, we are off in the forest to the north of town right now, while you are back in town. We are headed back, but fighting off some spiders at the moment. Feel free to follow along and offer any commentary. We generally try to separate out of character posts from in character posts (Like the 'tag' I used to start this tirade). In here we talk amongst ourselves about strategy and such, then usually post a brief recap in the leader thread so that the GM knows (For example we would talk about strategy here and get into specifics, but then in the Leader thread just post "So-and-So and I talked about strategy until the fire burned down low" or something). It can be a little confusing at first, but you'll get the hang of it.

Out of Character: Aye, I have him asking around for rumors and the like at the moment. That may lead to him linking up with you in the field. If not, he'll probably still be in town when you return and a suitable rendezvous can be made then.

out of character The character sheet has been made and has been approved in the other thread. Just didn't feel the need to use the embedded character generator as I'm well familiar with the process (And they tend to be awkward to use in my experience). Looks like I will have to anyways to embed it, but I've run out of time for messing around with such, work beckons.

Out of Character: Daishain we know you rolled up your character but you don't have an actual character sheet to keep and show the info. You're supposed to do that when you create your character because that's how the Dungeon Master tracks your info and sends you messages. You can do that when you have time don't get fired. By the way, so you don't get moderated… keep anything about your personal life in your introduction thread and leave only gaming stuff here.

In Character: Krusten smiles with her downing of the spider and frowns that she did not get another right away. She resumes her onslaught of arrows!
