Zork rubs his chin, "Ok let us find that trail again, we have expired the beauty of this pond and forest already."
In Character: I'm posting actions based on that, please let's get our rolls in.
Out of Character: I'm back from holiday travel, and finally able to post. I see that the group went up the road and followed a stream and are now back at the barricade, deciding how to move forward. I know I missed some of the details, and I will get to them, but for now I posted what I could using that information (Gathered from the Dungeon Master thread). Hope everyone had happy holidays!
Out of Character: There really isn't any details other than exploring a lot. We have not come across anything specifically as yet.
Out of Character: Glad you're back! The biggest two things (Before the waterfall) were the minotaur tracks and the pond. Still haven't figured out why Krusten's hawk doesn't want to fly.
I assumed KNtoran meant that the bird will fly away if we cross south, but my concerns were unfounded.
Out of Character: I assume it doesn't want to fly on that side, because it was shot with an arrow by somebody on that side in the last battle. Most animals have a memory for avoiding pain and danger. If something shot an arrow at it from that side of the road and then ran off, the bird might become superstitious and not fly near there again. Thanks for the update!
Out of Character: We didn't manage to keep any of the bad guys alive to question, so until something else attacks us and we can capture it to find out more information, I don't think we have much choice. Our only other option is to go back to town and take on a different quest.
Out of Character: Going back to town would be even worst in my opinion. We need to find someone we can communicate with: friendly or unfriendly.
