Out of Character: I agree with your assessment Daishain. The Chests of holding would go a long way in our wagon, but I think we only need two (I seem to remember there being three, but maybe I'm wrong).
KNtoran said that there were:
Out of Character: Sorry all, I'll be in and out sporadically for the next few days. Ildrahil would definitely appreciate some of the bounty but he understands he's very new are only played a secondary role… this time! The leather armor would work for him but possibly better on someone else. It'd be nice if there was a rapier in the stash, but no such luck. As the newest member, he'll wait for last to grab anything and accept whatever is left. If it's just some gold, it'll be more than he ever thought he'd see in five lifetimes.
Don't forget the 30,000 GP we will eventually spend before all those magic items are identified. We can probably let the trade credit absorb that cost rather than the actual funds, but it is still a hit.
Come to think of it, I should also explain the repair kits. Kn decided Bastion needed access to more healing resources (I actually think he's on good footing in that regard, but I'm not about to say no), so he came up with those in a PM discussion. Think of them like scrolls of cure light wounds (Or more acurately repair light damage in this case). But they require a craft check and are less effective (Standard and master only repair 1d4 and 1d6 respectively). I think Bastion himself is the only person with the skill needed to make them work, so they're really only useful for quick between the fight self repair. On the other hand, the things are also close to dirt cheap, only costing 5-10 gp. Of course, if someone is willing to invest a single craft armor skill point, the kits would give the group a better means of reviving your warforged buddy than wasting spells on him in the event he does go down.
P.S. Don't sell Ildrahil too short there, he might be new, but to a large degree an investment that keeps him effective is one that benefits the entire group. To some degree our characters are a little less likely to care than we are, but they would be aware of that aspect too.
Edit: oh, right, concerning the chests. I suggest we keep all three. Don't forget that it looks like a large portion of their capacity will be occupied just hauling around whatever is left of the currency.

Out of Character: Also Ildrahil did deal the killing blow to our biggest enemy, so we are likely to reward him.
I had to organise the list better, for clarity:
Teleportation Disk
4 repair kits - Bastion
3 master repair kits - Bastion
4 cure light wound - Ildrahil
4 cure moderate wounds - Even split among the living characters
4 cure serious wounds - Even split among the living characters
1 potion of flying
2 potions of gasous form
1 potion of poison
Leather armor +3 - Avan
2 suits elven chain mail +3 - Ildrhil?, Krusten? Wand of wonder wand or fireballs rod of lordly might - Bastion a few (3?) chests of holding - Wagon a couple (2?) well worked metal wardrobe made of gold and platinum - Sell for 6,000 gold each long sword +4 - Krusten? Quarterstaff +4 - Albrecht
Maybe the wizard identifying it charged us risk pay, or he's caster level 90, or the wine material component is expensive because he refuses to drink anything that isn't the rarest vintage.
Getting the rod is excellent, as well as the potions of flying and gaseous form. We have a fort that we wanted to get into. So, who wants to try which approach?
The elven chain mail is excellent for Ildrahil and Krusten. It is Mithril so won't weigh you down. It's considered light armour, so even a rogue is proficient!
With me taking the +3 Leather, I have a hand-me-down set with a +2 for Albrecht, but, oh, I just realised something. Is anything we grabbed small sized?
Uh, he didn't specify sizes, I'm guessing probably not, and he'd have the same problem with the quarterstaff too, damn.
It isn't exactly in the rules, but should be possible to cut and re-tailor a suit of medium leather armor down to small size. But if it were my game I'd be compelled to ask for a spellcraft check to avoid screwing up the enchantment in the process.
Alternatively, we could ask for a different ruling. Most Magic items resize to fit the wearer. (A giant can wear a magic ring made for a halfling for instance) Armor and Weapons are the only type that don't effectively shift size categories. Kntoran might be willing to waive that exception.
As to the elven chain mail, excellent, for some reason I'd forgotten that qualifier was significant beyond style of make. It seems that both our Dexterity warriors will come out of this with excellent armor. I'm going to have to pay for enchanting services and sit around in some wizard's workshop for a long while to catch up again If we can solve the size issues for Albrecht, it looks like we can give everyone something after all.

Out of Character: Thanks for organizing that list better Avan. You have always done better with our loot. Since he didn't specify the sizes, KNtoran may be willing to hand wave and say that the quarterstaff was small for Albrecht to use. Even if not, it is only a -2 to use a weapon that is inappropriately sized and as a +4 weapon, that still gives Albrecht an overall +2 to hit versus what he is currently using. Plus it can now be enchanted as a +4 weapon and give lots more benefits to boot. I still think it'll be worth it no matter the ruling.
Right then, looks like we are clear, Albrecht can use both the armor and the quarterstaff. With that, everyone still with the group is getting something. Also confirmed there are 2 wardrobes and 4 chests, and that we can use the trade credit to cover identification.
My suggested distribution with the new info:
Albrect, +2 Leather, +4 Quarterstaff, CMW potion, CSW potion
Avan, +3 Leather, CMW potion, CSW potion
Bastion, Rod of Lordly Might, 4 repair kits, 3 M repair kits
Ildrahil, +3 Elven Chain, 4x CLW potions, CMW potion, CSW potion
Krusten, +3 Elven Chain, CMW potion, CSW potion
Variable, Wand of Fireballs (Whomever is going to be in the best position for its use gets to carry the thing, probably swapping between Krusten and Ildrahil)
Keep in War Wagon: 4 Chests of Holding, teleportation disk, whatever physical funds remain after all is said and done.
Sell: Wand of Wonder, 2 fancy wardrobes
Either sell and add the funds to the pot, or give to Krusten: +4 Longsword
Suggested funds distribution: Zork and Faerydae walk away from the group with 20,000 GP each since they're not getting any magic items but did play a major role. The remaining trade credit (20,000), and funds (16,960 before selling anything off), are first spent buying needed items for whatever the group decides to do next, then split among the remaining 5.
Suggested uses for group funds before splitting the rest: Wand of Cure Light Wounds, a supply of Shapesand (If we can find such, which seems unlikely in this town), Draft horse team for War Wagon, Superior Lock for War Wagon, and any supplies needed for the next mission
Does this look good to everyone?
Alchy, as to the number of chests kept, I've long learned to hold onto as much extra-dimensional storage space as is remotely reasonable. The problems hauling loot we just had only emphasizes that lesson.
