It will take you almost two whole days to reach the city. As you draw near you can see the high walls and the heavy fortifications. You see people going in and out the massive gates. You even see a few patrols entering and departing. This is the biggest city you have ever seen.
Tobo stops a bit from the town entrance, "WOW, . . ." He looks amazed at the huge walls before him.
* I wonder how long it would take to climb those walls *
Tobo become fascinated by this and circumvents the walls. He walks around the towns walls off a bit from them searching for a good place to climb.
* I have to climb this wall * Tobo thinks.
He waits until night and attempts to climb the town wall at a place that seems less guarded and easier to climb.

You soon stop trying to walk around the city staring up at the walls after it takes you well over a hour and you have not not gotten a quarter of the way around. You wait till dark falls fully and then approach the wall. The wall has numerous hand and foot hold for a halfing to climb it. As you climb you are amazed at how tall it is. After a 50 foot climb you find yourself dangling in mid air as you have to climb a little out and then up to gain the top. Listening to the patrols before your final few feet you soon find yourself on top of the wall as you see a guard walking away from you. You smile at you accomplishment when you hear a voice not far away telling you to stand up slowly with your arms extended away from your body.
What do you wish to do?
As you comply with the guards instruction you feel a arm grab one of your wrists and yank it hard behind your back. The guard quickly ties your wrist and then brings your other hand down to tie it to the first tied wrist. The guard then turns you to face the voice that told you to raise you hands. In front of you now about 20 feet is a elf with bow held and a arrow aimed at you. He is dressed in dark clothing and you can see that if he sat still you would have a hard time seeing him. He smiles on you as your led away. Your taken down the steps and to the guard house. You are stripped of your possessions and locked in a cell.
Tobo looks around his cell, still feeding off of the adrenaline of scaling the wall and being arrested. All this seems fun to Tobo at the time and not to mutch of an inconvenience. He examines the cell he is in and lies down for a rest, wondering of what adventures lie ahead in his life.
You share your small cell wit ha couple of rats looking for a bite to eat. The walls are made of stone and wood. You are able to climb the whole eight feet with ease. Soon the four foot by six foot cell becomes a bore and you lay down to rest on the straw pile to one side. Soon the dawn approaches and you are given a small plate of gruel for break fast. A guard tells you that a magistrate will be seeing you in the next couple hours.
