Tobo examines the window, seeing what it looks out over the street. He then searches for the stairs leading down, then precedes to search that floor as well.

* He is thinking this might be a nice hide out for starters, in case he has to hide *

He is trying to learn the streets a bit before committing to thievery.

As you look out the window you can see that people pass by the building and some even look at it. Turning you head down the short hall and to the open area. This appears it was once a living area with a small dining area over by two other windows that look over another street. There is a small fireplace on one wall to provide heat to the room. You soon find the stairs that lead down to the first floor. As you get to the bottom of the stairs you can see that this was a shop of some sorts as you see a counter and a few shelves left behind. You can see there are nice windows in front that are totally boarded up. No windows are broken but they are aweful dirty. They let very little light in as you peer between the boards.

Tobo trys to use his skills (disable device) to rig the windows for easy escape. In case he is chased in here and needs another route for escape. He also sees if there are any floor boards he can pull up to make a little nook for his small body to hide in. In case he is chased into this area he might be able to get under the boards or into the wall and pull the boards over himself, becoming invisible. He then proceeds to stir the dust about trying to remove it from the floor, this way removing any trail someone might follow to find his hiding place.

After all this he returns once again to the guild getting a nights rest. Going over in his mind possible thief acts that he can pull off.

Disable Device: I would like to take 20 here. Taking my time to get it done right.

He rips a small piece of cloth from his pant leg. Puts a little bit of oil on it, lights it, then drops it down the hatch. He watches to see how far down the tunnel goes and if there is anything moving down there. Then closes the hatch returning to the guild. The next day first on his list will be buying a light source from the market he thinks.

You watch as the cloth drifts down to the floor below. You estimate it to be about 15 feet below the floor. You can see the steps go all the way down. The room below extends on all sides of the steps. How far your not sure. You do not see anything moving.
