Thomaslee - You sit down in frustration as you glare at the door. Thinking to yourself what does she really know about you your family and especially your sister. IS she alright? IS she save? Or is she being held in some dark dungeon waiting to be used as a hostage to get more of your cooperation. OR is it the other way around. With all the these thoughts a new thought appears. Just what question was she answering yes to? Or was it all of them? Oh heck you can not concentrate at all as you slam the book shut and pace the room.

Rentok - Leaving the farm behind her she turns once again to the path that will lead her to the village when a soft voice speaks from a tree. IF you want a chicken to eat for now take one. You look a little hungry and I will not mind. IF you want to work it off I am sure I could use a bit of help in the way of getting more firewood.

More importantly, she wonders if this voice belongs to friend, or foe. "Who speaks? Show yourself!"

Rentok - The voice speaks again. Up here. Looking up you see what appears to be a small female shape. The girl has a bow with arrow notched but at ease. SHe puts the arrow back in its case and drops quickly and quietly to the ground. SHe leans on the bow a bit and says Hello my name is Maddie.

Faerra slowly lowers her axe. She eyes this girl suspiciously, but doesn't attack.

"Hello, Maddie... You can call me Faerra... Is this your farm, then?"

Faerra wonders at such a farm belonging to such a small girl, but admits to herself she doesn't really know the full situation, and it would be best not to jump to conclusions.

Rentok- Maddie gestures with her arm and say that the farm belongs to her and her family. Being half elven in the community has placed them at odds with the others so they spend most of their time out in the outskirts of the valley. SHe will tell you that they prefer being out here in the quiet. Besides she loves the night so she always takes the night shift to protect the farm.

Thomaslee - You finally calm down long enough to study the book. Studying it is going to be a pain because it instructs you to do some very odd exercises. Do you do as the book instructs?

Yes in exchange for some company and some food for you. All you need to do is fell a tree and chop up some wood for my family. You can take the axe leaning against the tree while I cook you a chicken. With that she spins around raising her bow and fires a arrow striking a chicken as if it was a stuffed target. She looks over her shoulder at you and smiles. Since it is already dead why let it go to waste?
