My thanks, and it does help a bit. Hitting rather than swinging wide makes the difference between starting round 16 with 5 health rather than 1. Hopefully I can smack him down before he finishes the job.

You can use your fifth gem at any time you wish. Make sure to reroll your last potion as it was a 1 remember to roll as 2-8 instead of just a d8. I think young ladies forget that part *wink*.

Actually, this young lady didn't forget anything. If you look good you'll see I added a "+1", what I think is happening is some old men's eyes start give way when they get older *wink*.

-How far are these archers from the edge of the tower?
-Does Bastion have the clearance needed to make a charge attack on at least one of them? (Straight line movement, minimum 20' distance).

They are moving away from the edge where they came up from the stairwell. They are moving towards the crossover to get to where the rest of you are on the eastern tower. That is where Deanna was set up casting spells. So no you will not have a clear straight line approach of attack.

Got it on the [Critical Hit]. No problem, it happens. So you need a new series of rolls for Ildrahil. Before I post can you describe the situation and where Ildrahil is in relation to it? He may need to switch to his bow or take an action to down a CLW potion.
