Would I be able to get any of the following?
Obad-Hai's Green Man from Complete Champion (I am fine with roleplaying Albrecht coming to recognize Obad-Hai as his main nature god)
Heward's Handy Haversack
Healing Belt from Magic Item Compendium
Collar of Healing from Magic Item Compendium
Can I get my +4 Quartstaff enchanted with warning or anything?
Are any of these prices different from those posted in the books?
I will likely chip in for a wand or two as well.
I also wanted to know about a Ring of the Beast from Complete Champion. Any chance it is available?
Before I finish my shopping spree are there any magic bows or magic crossbows to be had? If so, what kind and what is the price tag? Lastly, how about Boots of Elvinkind? If not, I'm willing to lend my cash to any others who have shopping to do.
There is no Obad-Hai green man, Heward's handy haversack, Or collar of healing. There is a healing belt but it is 900 gold. You can not add any enchantments to a made magical weapon without destroying it.
There is no ring of the beast.
There are boots of elven kind at listed price. What type of bow are you looking for there are a couple +2 long bows and a +2 heavy crossbow. You can have either one for 8,500 gp.
Concerning enchantments, is that a houserule, or a port over from a previous edition?
My understanding was, at least for typical 3.5e +x progression items, enchantments can be added on as you go, though the cost gets progressively higher.
For instance, according to the basic rules, Albrecht could pop that +4 quarterstaff up to a +5, or add a +1 valued enchantment like Bane, but to do either would by default need to pay for the difference between the full market value of the +5 version and the full market value of the +4.
Now, I'm inclined to think there ought to be an efficiency cost to not getting the enchantments all done from the beginning, and so am in favor of tacking on a significant surcharge to that. But given the exponentially increasing costs of enchanting services, I think not allowing upgrades at all is a little much.
Just my understanding and take on the matter.

From my take on it since you are casting magic on something you have to first enchant it or make it available to absorb the magics. Once you cast the final step usually a permanency then it seals the magic. Adding more to it I would think layer it and not truly set in it like a second coat of paint thus not really being part of it. That is my take. We can call it a house rule but I will study it and see if I can come up with a better understanding.
What all books do you use? I was considering Dawn (An orison from Spell Compendium) as one of my 0th level spells and Kelpstrand (Level 1 from Spell Compendium) as a 1st level spell. I also saw Luminous Armor from the Book of Exalted Deeds, though it may be a bit cheesy for this campaign. For a second level spell I saw Splinterbolt from the Spell Compendium. What are your thoughts on the books in general these spells specifically?

I have every book for the 3.5 edition. I have not opened a lot of them for a long time but I do have all. Even the Forgotten Realms. I can look up anything. You can have any spell just let me know what you are picking I can look it up. I will allow the spell if you able to cast it.
