Yes he hit and Fluffles hit but neither rider slowed down. Ildrahil can get one more shot off before they will be out of sight unless he wants to make a movement towards the tree line and possibly expose himself. No he did not hit Fluffles.
Without being able to see them how do you cast the spell. If the spell was cast upon the top of the hill they were already clear of the spell effect. I believe you need a clear view of who you are trying to entangle.
With his high strength, could Bastion turn the cart around? What if one of the druid's cast Bull's Strength on him? I am strictly talking about spinning the cart. We would disengage the horses, spin the cart and then hook them back up to turn around?
Is it on 4 wheels or 2? I ask because 2 can be spun very easily by just grabing the front. Even 4 wheels can be spun reasonably. Lets say we cast grease under only the wheels, would that make it easier for him to just spin it?
It is a war wagon it has four wheels and is a bit top heavy. Yes he can spin it around but it is not very easy. You have a tight area to spin it around but it can be done. Using the spell grease can help but it could also cause him to slip too.
What about using create water to lay down a slick area of water right around the wheel, being careful not to let it go beyond the area directly under the wheels? Sorry for so many questions, just trying to get a feel for this area. When you say it is tight, do you mean that without horses, the wagon is exactly as long (The largest dimension) as the road is wide? If not, about how much clearance is there?
