Sen. Lindsey Graham tests positive for COVID, credits the vaccine for his mild symptoms. U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham announced Monday he has tested positive for COVID-19 after being vaccinated for the virus. “I am very glad I was vaccinated because without vaccination I am certain I would not feel as well as I do now," Graham said. Federal judge rules Sen. Lindsey Graham must testify before Atlanta-area grand jury in 2020 election probe. Graham had argued he was in Georgia engaging in legitimate inquiries as a lawmaker. But U.S. District Judge Leigh Martin May ruled that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had "Shown extraordinary circumstances and a special need" for Graham's testimony as she investigates whether there was interference in Georgia's 2020 election.
