Anyone get the felling that North Korea is starting up their delay syndrome again?

What? You mean that the Dear Leader might renig on a promise or agreement? That is so unlike him! OK, so there were a few times, but he really...really...really promises this time!

Dear Leader...is that "really" you?

QUOTE
Kim Jong Il dead since 2003

North Korea expert Professor Toshimitsu Shigemura, a professor of international relations, says Kim died of diabetes in 2003 and has been substituted by up to four body doubles ever since.

Driven by a fear of assassination, Kim allegedly trained his doppelgangers - one of whom underwent plastic surgery - to attend public appearances.

"Scholars don't trust my reasoning but intelligence people see the possibility that it will turn out to be accurate," Fox News reported Professor Shigemura as saying.

"I have identified and pinned down every source."

Kim, 66, has not appeared in public for three weeks amid rumours he is seriously unwell.

While Seoul intelligence officials have said they believe he has diabetes and heart problems, they do not think he is near death.

But Professor Shigemura, from Tokyo's respected Waseda University, believes that Kim actually died sometime during a 42-day absence from public in September 2003.

He claims that whenever anyone is granted a face-to-face meeting with today's Kim, a senior official is always by his side "like a puppet master".

Professor Shigemura's claims, outlined in his book The True Character of Kim Jong-il, have been disputed by North Korean officials.

He looks a bit different, but not that much. Interesting though as this guy is a N. Korean Expert and Waseda University is one of the top 3 schools in Japan.

Good find Vincenzo, for what purpose should he be made to look alive still if he has no real power, or does he, did he?

I see some definite similarities in the pictures, but enough discrepancies to not doubt the theory completely. It certainly is an interesting theory. While these "Elvis" theories pop up every now and then, having the guy be dead when he is supposed to be alive is a refreshing twist. If it is true I wonder how long they will be able to carry out the ruse.

So if he is dead, who is the man behind the curtain?

Now that was what I was thinking. WHY?

I can see keeping the charade going if they were buying time to groom a heir to the throne, but the only indication that that might be happening was when they called the eldest son back from his exile in Switzerland. That is earily timed with the supposed death of Kim Jong Il. The eldest son fell out of favor when he was caught by Japan using a forged passport to go visit Disney World - BIG SHAME! Now if he is being groomed, then they are doing it without letting any of the world know it, because he has been seen nowhere! However, Kim Jong Il was absent from the world for 3 years after his father died, so it isnt like they havent done it before.

There are some that actually believe the next leader will not be from the Kim family and will be a outsider. That would likely mean that the military is truly running everything and will insert one of their own into the top seat. I seriously cannot imagine that the crown doesnt fall on one of the sons.

It is interesting that the voice recordings of Kim Jong Il from before 2003 and after do not match according to experts.

Someone needs to make money somewhere or keep stability. Change hurts doesn't it, but with the leaving of each dictator comes change and no one who is accustomed to power and a certain level of lifestyle likes that. This world has no room for 'kings' of any type unless it is purely for the purpose of adoration.
