OK, now we get to see if the North Koreans are just barking dogs or if they really will put their money where their mouth is or should I say, use their weapons to actually attack something rather than just fire effects.

QUOTE (BBC)
The United Nations Security Council unanimously approves tougher sanctions against North Korea, following its nuclear test last month.

USA vs North Korea History & Civil Business Politics

North Korea is saying that no matter what anyone says they are going to produce weapons grade plutonium. I think that is not a good thing. They also stated that any blockade of them will be dealt with as a military threat. Sounds like we are one step closer to war with North Korea.

N.Korea will continue to push it and push it and push it. Their threat on processing the nuclear material is empty because they have already done it and always planned to continue to do it. That is how they blew up the last 2 bombs.

China is starting to slide on their stance, so the UN is basically out. Obama is going to have to do more than simply escort ships around the ocean if he wants to stop them. Since N.Korea has no navy, Obama should throw down the challenge and begin stopping N.Korean registered merchant vessels. That is if he really wants to stop any nuclear exchange between N.Korea and other countries. If he just wants to ratchet up the bickering between N.Korea and the US, then he just barks as loud as Kim Jong Il and does nothing. Now if he really wants to get under Kim's skin, shoot down anything that N.Korea lauches without a full explanation of what it is.
