As a matter of fact, I voice it quite vociferously.

Yes,
Negroponte did bring back old memories with that.
Of course, listening to the litany of the Iraqi ambassador would have been hard for me, too.

That was a bit like having Himmler accuse someone of war crimes.

The title here is made relevant again by the ongoing debate over UN or no UN in the reconstruction of Iraq.

So is it going to be United Nations or USA's Nations?

Well, the title is a bit misleading.
It isn't the USA's nations.
The UN is, as they have so dramatically proven, entirely worthless when it comes to actually doing something.
The USA doesn't want them.
The Brits, Aussies and US went in and did the work of kicking Hussein's teeth out.
Now you see the UN weenies running around whining "we want a role in this too".
"We want something to do, too".
Yeah, sure. Here, go hand out candy bars.
