What are your thoughts about the recent announcement of the Pope that allows Anglican clergy to convert to Catholicism?

I thought it was a big move because it allows for Anglicans to essentially keep their current beliefs about married priests and so forth. Could this be a sign of a future merge of beliefs?

I don't agree with this move. Catholics and Anglicans have two different sets of beliefs this is one of the things I'm struggling with in the Catholic Church.
