Chinese people believe the United States is the "Top threat" facing their country, a poll showed Wednesday, with most suspecting the world's number one economy of trying to "Prevent China from becoming an equal power". Ref. Source 3o.
China is a force to worry about but I actually do not think they are as bad as Russia. The Chinese are still developing their military but Russia is already there. I am concerned about China's need to expand their navy.

The United States has warned China it will blacklist Chinese companies and banks that do illicit business with North Korea if Beijing fails to enforce U.N. Sanctions against Pyongyang, according to senior State Department officials. Ref. Source 3j.
Beijing adds weapons to South China Sea islands;

China has agreed to return the underwater US drone that was taken earlier this week, the Pentagon said Saturday.
"We have registered our objection to China's unlawful seizure of a US unmanned underwater vehicle operating in international waters in the South China Sea. Through direct engagement with Chinese authorities, we have secured an understanding that the Chinese will return the UUV to the United States," Pentagon spokesman Peter Cook said in a statement.
Earlier Saturday, China's defense ministry said Chinese authorities had decided to return it, but criticized the US for having "Hyped up" the issue. President-elect Donald Trump weighed in on the incident, calling China's action unprecedented. Ref. CNN.
