Syria has agreed to allow weapons inspectors full access to any site of a purported chemical weapons attack, effective immediately, Syria's Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal al Mekdad tells CNN's Fred Pleitgen.
Sniper fire hit a vehicle used by a U.N. Chemical weapons investigation team in Syria multiple times today, according to the United Nations.
The team "Returned safely back to the government checkpoint," A U.N. Statement said.
