KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) -- Jamaica's Minister of Education, Andrew Holness, has said that the police should investigate the parents of all the persons linked to the killing of a student of Ferncourt High, St Ann, on the school premises on Wednesday. Holmes said negligence on the part of the parents may be a factor.
