The major GNP of Iran is based on oil right? They are certainly getting a lot of money now in order to fund any nuclear research or military development. That could be a conspiracy in itself where Russia is raising the price of oil just so countries like Iran can aquire the funding necessary to have these 'toys'.

Most of the rise in oil prices is the dollars spiraling downfall. I think if the dollar stabilizes then we can see a reduction in the oil prices somewhat. Which could lead to food prices dropping some. I do not hold countries that produce oil as a "conspiracy" to gather nuclear weapons.

Well now they can understand why Israel was upset when their leader stated he was going to "wipe" them off the face of the earth. Is it something that is going to happen? We do not know just as we do not know for sure if Iran will actually try to wipe israel off the earth either.

Comments: WE should have not invaded Iraq, kept Saddam on a short leash and used Iraq to keep an eye and Howitzer pointed in the direction of Iran. When we needed Saddam to do our dirty work as in the Iran-Iraq war in worked out well for us.
Now the area is in total chaos, with no end in sight. In reality having Saddam in power was in fact the greater of two evils.
