If you run a mile in combat boots with full gear what time should you complete the mile in for a perfect score?

Gear Boots Combat Mile Running
Last time I was in the military the time for running a mile in full gear was under 10 minutes. I know under all that weight it is not a easy thing to do. But with todays military wanting people to be in the best shape of their lives I would not be surprised to see that time down to seven or eight minutes.
