I don't believe for a second that he was on medication and that he doesn't remember at all the incident.

Adam Manning, 30, made national headlines when he was arrested at McKay-Dee Hospital Center Oct. 9 for allegedly grabbing the nurse twice while his pregnant girlfriend was giving birth.
According to the Standard-Examiner, Manning told his attorneys he remembers nothing about the incident. His attorneys claimed that during the birth, Manning was on medication for a recent injury and had a bad reaction to it.

He must have been high! It is beyond comprehension how a man taking his own wife to the hospital to give birth to his own child would do something like this unless he is mentally sick!
