If your teenage child curses you then what kind of action should you take as the parent?

When they first tried cursing we told them that that type of language is not welcome in our house. They stopped. We also told them that if you want to curse go right ahead but that cursing is sign of little intelligence. We explained to them that people who curse a lot do not have the language skills to better word their sentences.

If I have a teenager at home who curses, the consequence would be to let him take a big trash bag, gloves and get him to pick up all the trash by the side of the road (supervised of course) and believe me there are LOTS of trash in Trini roads.
