GEORGE TOWN, Cayman, Islands (GIS) -- While acknowledging that he and elected officials did not always see eye to eye, outgoing Governor Stuart Jack said he was leaving the Cayman Islands “with many fond memories in my heart.” Jack and his wife, Mariko left Grand Cayman on Wednesday afternoon.
