When I heard that it was the first time I laughed in the war. I am suprised that the media is not taking more out on his words.

You are bad Stranger. That looks like a residential area. Sad for the innocent that may have died there.
It is interesting that what should be the closing of the war is actually the most resistance. I also understand that their are professional mercenaries from other countries fighting for the Iraqis.
From CNN:

US Tanks! What the heck are you doing?
The BBC says that a US tank shot at a building where they 'say' there was snipers shooting, yet the whole thing was video taped and there were not shots fired for over 20 minutes! The tank ended up hitting many of the journalists covering the stories, killing one cameraman.

I listend to Ann Garolls this am (NPR).
The only mention she made of anyone getting killed was one of the Al-Jazzera reporters who was with a Republican Guard unit engaged in heavy fighting. Even she said he was an idiot for being with them.
She said their hotel came under fire, but mentioned no one being killed.

I doubt it. Mercenaries have much better sense than that. They are professional soldiers, not martyrs.
Here's the latest:

The tank guys probably saw a reflection off the windows of the hotel, maybe from a cameraman or something. Just to be safe, he let fly and ....
